Faculty members applying for reimbursement from the URI OA Fund must be in substantial compliance with the URI Open Access Policy. Compliance for this purpose means that you have signed an Assistance Authorization Form and have submitted appropriate versions of a substantial number of your policy covered articles for deposit in DigitalCommons@URI.
